The local demonstration version does not transmit enquiry form data to a server. When configured for a real business inbox, an enquiry can include your name, email address, project type and message. It should be used only to respond to your enquiry and discuss potential work.
Free concept requests and uploaded materials
If the free concept service is enabled, submitted business descriptions, contact details, design preferences and optional files (such as a logo or brand guide) are used to review your brief and, if accepted, prepare a design direction. Requests and files are saved in private server storage and accessed by authorised OhWow personnel. The actual retention period, data controller contact details and any external email or hosting providers must be specified here before accepting real submissions. Please do not upload sensitive personal information.
Website estimates and quote requests
The on-page calculator processes your selected project options locally to display a price breakdown. To issue an official quote, the configured quote server receives your selected scope, your name, email, optional note and promotional code. An emailed quotation may include an identifier, itemised prices, dates and a verification token containing project configuration without your name or email. We use this information to respond to your quotation request and manage the proposed business relationship. Final retention, lawful basis and service-provider details must be confirmed before launch.

Third-party services
The current demo loads Google Fonts. If deployed publicly, disclose applicable third-party requests or self-host fonts after reviewing licensing and privacy implications. No analytics or advertising cookies are installed in this version.
